Elkhorn Alumni Center Rental

(Panoramic View of our annual Hall of Fame Event. There is plenty of room for a bar, entertainment, a buffet line, and a dessert serving table).

We are thrilled to be able to host various community events in our Elkhorn Alumni Center! Located in the lower level of the Elkhorn Public Schools Foundation building, this space is available to rent for community events such as workshops, conferences, holiday parties, alumni gatherings, graduation parties, and more!

About the Space:

  • Seats 150 guests comfortably.
  • Venue is available from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Tables & Chairs are provided.
  • Audio Visual Equipment is available.
  • Choose a caterer of your choice. There is a large kitchen/prep area right off of the event space that will be available for your use. 

Rental Charges:

  • $100 rental fee per hour.
  • $750 rental fee for graduation parties.
  • Class Reunions please email for a quote.
  • Booster Clubs please email for a quote.
  • $40 per hour for security if serving alcohol.
  • If a liquor license is required a license fee will be assessed.
  • Alumni Center usage beyond reserved end time will be charged $100 after 45 minutes.
  • Upon booking you are required to pay a $200 non-refundable deposit which will be applied to your total rental fee.
  • A processing fee will automatically be added to the deposit and final payment to cover the Credit Card processing fee which is 2.9% + 0.30.

***We are not currently hosting Wedding Receptions, Weddings or Birthday Parties in the Elkhorn Alumni Center***
